Computer case - Alex Belits
Computer case
Today I have finally got the case -- it's made for prototype work, so it is not painted, and some parts are still not done, however the geometry is right, so I can start working on the assembly, wiring, connector boards (once the connectors will arrive), and the cooling system (the filling machine is almost done).

It's nice to see that the project is becoming something that actually looks like a computer, as opposed to, a bunch of DXF and Solidworks files, and test parts that look like they came from Junkyard Wars. Being a programmer, I have no problem with the fact that most of things that I make, can not posibly have any tangible form, however when I know that something has to be built of metal, plastic and silicon, I prefer seeing it that way before I can consider it "real".
